We have the largest machining capability in the shaft manufacturer industry. Our capability includes wire production, flexible shaft production, nylon liner production and casing production. Elliot Manufacturing offers high volume production for small assembly and low to high volume production capacity for large assembly. Commercial and military aerospace and critical assembly applications are created in a stand alone assembly department.

Elliott Manufacturing offers three types of Valve controls: rigid rod systems, flexible shaft systems and our Uniflex brand Remote Mechanical Valve Operator, which combines the best futures of the other two types to create a system to fit any application. The flexible shaft effectively transmits power around or through obstacles to overcome problems related to misalignment and to simplify designs and applications for power transmissions.

Elliott flexible shafts have been developed for hundreds of advanced applications in military and commercial aircraft, as well as commercial and agricultural vehicle applications. The flex shaft uses a flexible shaft design, rather than universal joints for true constant velocity.
